What is Soul Expression Painting?

Soul Expression Painting is just a fancy name for spiritual or intuitive painting. This form of art is simply about immersing ourselves in the joy of creation. You are not working towards a plan or a finished product, or a finished painting! This is a guided meditation that uses painting as a tool to bring your full awareness to the present. The class begins with gathering inspiration and introducing you to all of the various objects available for your painting experience. This includes paint brushes, sponges, q-tips, found objects, etc. Feel free to bring any paint brushes/objects that you feel inspired by as well!

After a short still meditation, we will begin to incorporate the art of creation into our meditation practice.  Throughout the class you will be guided to explore the vast possibilities of your mind and possibilities at your fingertips. This includes literally painting with your finger tips! All skill levels are welcome, from “I have never picked up a paint brush” to “My artwork is internationally acclaimed.” Spiritual, or intuitive, painting is all about being present. There is no end game, just love and creation. Soul Expression Painting is all about the journey!

Time:   2:00pm – 4:00pm

What to wear: Clothes that can get paint on them! Please bring your own smock or apron if you would like one. We provide everything else!

Cost: $40 OR BUY 2 get ONE FREE! (This equals about $27 per class for 3 classes) You can use your purchased and free classes for multiple people or just yourself.
