Time Travel 101

Time Travel 101 – Explore a potential past and future self

This is a guided group meditation experience. There will be a total of three guided meditations. Each participant will be given a pad of paper and a pencil in order to write their experience down immediately after each meditation. We begin with a Past Life Regression, then we move on to The Crystal Silver River Meditation, and we conclude with experiencing a Future Life meditation. During The Crystal Silver River Meditation participants have the opportunity to ask the higher self questions only each individuals higher self can answer.

There will be an opportunity for discussion of each experience if participants choose but participation is not required. This is about learning from our past, higher self, and potential future in order to grow in the present. Kate is trained in QHHT “The Dolores Cannon method of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique” and TIME TRAVEL 101 was conceived by utilizing techniques she learned from this methodology.
