Ho’ oponopono

Everything in your life is your responsibility, because the entire world is your creation. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to heal someone else – – you do it by healing yourself. Learn how to heal your life by loving yourself and cleaning out all of the detrimental memories that you have stored inside. Learn to connect with your higher self through the “Inner Child Meditation” as taught by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, the father of Ho’oponopono.

This class goes over the meaning and origins of the potentially life changing practice called Ho’oponopono. There is then a 30 minute guided meditation where you will meet your “inner child,” aka higher self. After the meditation, there is time for open discussion and reflection on your experience. Participation in this portion is, of course, completely up to you.
