How to Ground Yourself/Cleaning and Protecting Your Aura
Join us for two guided meditations followed by discussion about grounding yourself and cleansing/protecting your aura. Being grounded is an essential skill. It means that you’re present in your body and connected with the earth, allowing you to feel centered and balanced no matter what’s going on.
Everyone knows they have a physical body, but most people don’t know we also have an energetic body surrounding our physical body. This is also referred to as the aura. You can recognize someone’s aura when they walk into the room. You will immediately feel if they are a cheerful person, bitter, or confident. This ‘read’ we get on someone comes from our auras interacting. Essentially, cleansing your aura is releasing the charge of emotional experiences and habitual thought patterns that can affect your physical body when they build up. Cleansing your aura is like taking an energetic bath to prevent future illness or emotional stress.
Grounding yourself, cleansing your aura, and protecting yourself energetically is a simple practice that can be done daily to help improve your reality.
