Join Lynne for an eight (8) class Hatha Yoga Chakra Balancing series.
Each class will offer an integrative approach to understanding and connecting with your chakra system. Lynne will use yoga, meditation, breath work and qi gong techniques to awaken and balance your chakras. This class is appropriate for all levels , no prior yoga experience is necessary. Modifications for all movements will be offered. Class size is limited so please Register below to assure your space in class. Drop ins are welcome but we do have limited space and do not want to turn anyone away. |
