Join local painter Filomena Jack in this fun acrylic painting experience. Filomena will guide students through the process of creating abstract roses on canvas. No experience necessary, all supplies will be provided. 6:30-8:30 pm, Thursday May 31st. Suggested donation for this class is $20. Space limited to 10 students.
Bio:
Filomena has been creating art for more than 25 years and is generally over stimulated by cute, bizarre, and funny things. She received her BFA from Jersey City University, teaches art and sewing to a variety of audiences, and is always learning all she can about her materials and processes. Filomena does her best to only use materials that are humanely sourced. Synthetic brushes, gesso and papers that do not have animal ingredients, and so on.
