In this class I am incorporating the modalities I have learned through the years by many teachers.  From Eastern traditions such as Reiki, Indigenous or Shamanic Culture, the Hawaiian Culture and more.

I marry the practices of simple reiki traditions with the very powerful shamanic culture into one class that is just for you “The Self”

You will learn by practicing and experiencing-

• Grounding
• Breathing techniques and how to use them
• Healing your Aura
• Ho’oponopono Inner Child Meditation

Reiki Portion:

• Reiki Level I and the first degree attunement
• Healing Others: How To
• The Reiki Path
• How to Use Reiki
