Join us for a discussion and meditation about cleansing your chakras. Many different philosophies believe that the chakras are the main energy centers of your body. Connecting with your chakra system is known to be an extremely healing practice for many people. This class will include an overview of the 7 body chakras and all of the qualities that are associated with them. Qualities associated with your chakras include colors, locations, elements, senses, sounds, foods, gemstones, essential oils, and so much more!

**This class will include a guided chakra cleansing meditation and a lesson on how to cleanse your chakras at home!
