A Mind, Body & Spirit Replenishment Retreat
This coed weekend retreat event takes place at The Salt Cave and Spa,in a luxurious setting embedded in the mountainside just outside the famous White Sulpher Springs in West Virginia.
The retreat will be in 3 parts each day: Morning Workshop, Early Afternoon Sound Bath, Late afternoon/evening Spa Services.
All of the learning will be taught in an experiential setting with time for you to integrate the wonderful and unique elements that will be incorporated into your being.
Day 1: Back to Nature – Understand how and why the elements impact our physical, emotional and spiritual states ~ Cleansing Sound Bath ~ Spa Services:Halo/Salt Therapy (45 min) & Hand or Foot Reflexology (50 min)
Day 2: Natural Balance – What does this mean? Sacred Living through the elements to re-energize our emotional, physical and spiritual bodies through earth, air, fire and water ~ Cleansing Sound Bath with Drumming ~ Spa Services: Halo/Salt Therapy (45 min) & S
wedish or Firm Swedish Massage (80 min)
Day 3: Day to Day Tools of Replenishment – These tools will be utilized to get us through our days and to re-energize ourselves ~ Cleansing Sound Bath ~ Spa Services: Halo/Salt Therapy (45 min) & Ion Foot Detox (25 min) plus Light Therapy (25 min)
